In January Crossfit Cedar Park will hold it’s first ever “I do the Impossible Challenge.” Hold on tight cause this one is gonna be an exciting and amazing ride. You can help your fellow CrossFitters and yourself achieve what was once thought of as “impossible.” Accept the challenge and get great workouts, PR’s, Unbelievable results. Keep watching for more details. This one has a limited number of participants. Registration will open in just a few days so keep watching and be ready to sign up. Remember, CrossFit is for EVERY LEVEL OF ABILITY.

One for the ladies... Wednesday night at 5:30pm the ladies should head down to BettySport for their CrossFit Cedar Park extravaganza. Get your wod on, get some great food, and some awesome discounts! Their tag line is “Fit happens, look good doing it.” Come for some fun and great bargains ladies.

Let’s face it, training outside of your comfort zone is tough! When you push your body beyond those “mental” limitations, that is when you grow, advance your skills and
reach the next level. The CrossFit Cedar Park coaches ensure that our programming is designed to tackle all 10 general physical skills. This attention to programming is guaranteed to get you training out of your comfort zone in the most effective and fun way. All you have to do is show up and keep on pushing.

Check out the ladies night at BettySport on Wednesday at 5:30pm. Expect a fun time with awesome snacks, an all ladies wod and some fabulous discounts just for the gals of CrossFit Cedar Park!

The secret to Santa's Good List...

  • Now you know the secret to making it onto Santa’s Good List. Come in and sign up today so you can get your team and start the challenge off running! Don’t forget our family happy hour at pluckers on Friday night. The fun starts about 6 pm.
  • Saturday is the first day of the Holly Jolly Challenge so show up at open gym at 9:30 at the 609 box. It’s gonna be a great team wod led by Nikki. Make you your holidays awesome!

Remember How much fun we had last year? Well, it is that time again to keep yourselves accountable over the holidays and actually make some progress in your fitness. Improve your fitness, have fun, make some friends, and make a few bucks while your are at it! Sounds like a Win - Win situation to me. Sign up today! Check out the rules below.




1. Registrator for the challenge - $25 throw-in. $15 will go back to the kitty for prizes for top 3
teams.

  • Teams of 4. Pick a team name
  • All team members must workout at CFCP a minimum of 2x per weeks.
  • Teams will earn points by: Eating Paleo 7 days a week (with the exception of 1 cheat meal per week)
  • WODs done outside of CFCP are worth 1 point per wod. Limit is 3 WODs per day.
  • Submitting your individual Holly Jolly Journal completed with daily workouts and nutrition log weekly.
  • Meet with your team outside of CFCP in CFCP t-shirts to do a public workout and earn extra points. Video or photo evidence is required.
  • Points will be deducted for more than one cheat meal per week (-3), Failure to Log workouts and nutrition (-3 per blank, -25 per blank week or not turning in a journal)
  • All points will be controlled by a CFCP Coach Only.
  • A Final Team Workout will be on Saturday, December 18th. This wod WILL count for some big points so do not leave your team behind by not showing up for this event. Followed by a Paleo Holiday Potluck - so bring your favorite Paleo dish.
